Born 23rd March 1939, at the age of eight he started shoe making in a town called Vizzini. Master Biagio Patti migrated to Australia on 15th December 1959. His dream was to make shoes. In 1961 he opened his first shop in Thornbury where he made high quality shoes for ladies. The shop he had was only one metre wide by four metres in length.
He stayed in the Thornbury area for thirteen years where he made a lot of people happy.
In 1975 he moved to Lalor where he has been established for thirty-five years.
He is well known for making ladies fine shoes and handbags, he also has imported shoes from Italy and China. With his assorted leathers and materials he will make shoes to fit any size.
